Products must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, with tags and in original packaging.

After analysis and approval, we will send instructions for shipping the product.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defect or error in the order.

After receiving and inspecting the product, we will exchange or refund it according to your preference.
- We only make returns in case of manufacturing defects.
