Exchanges & Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange or return a product, please follow the instructions below:

  • The deadline to request an exchange or return is up to 10 business days after receiving the order.

  • Products must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, with tags and in original packaging.

  • To start the process, contact us by email geral@blessexclusive.com or via Instagram informing the reason for the exchange or return.

  • After analysis and approval, we will send instructions for shipping the product.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defect or error in the order.

  • After receiving and inspecting the product, we will exchange or refund it according to your preference.

  • We only make returns in case of manufacturing defects.
